Webb16 juni 2024 · There’s editProps, which opens up the item in edit mode, like that old “Edit” column used to do in classic SharePoint. There is also an action called share, which will pull up the sharing dialog box. Then, there’s the executeFlow action, which I covered in an old post called Button in SharePoint List to Trigger Flow. WebbIf a button flow is used, it will still connect as the current user. I suppose a power app could update list 1, which could trigger a flow using a sharepoint modify trigger that then updates list 2. This flow would connect to list 2 as configured in the flow connection, not the current user, but this is getting into rube goldberg territory.

I couldn't get the icon to display when putting the span with the icon inside the button element, but was able to get it to appear before the button (almost as good - the only drawback is I need to have my "display" condition run once for the button and once for the icon, and the icon isn't clickable, but it's still a big improvement.
