I put the sections to the marks and clamped them erected the whole lot and the swr was just above 1 on 1, 19 & 40, ive just added an extra 5ft pole and the swr went over 1.5 on the said channels, i,ve had to lower the bottom section on the antenna to … Web8 mar. 2016 · The best I can describe the antenna is it is a base loaded 5/8 wave vertical with 3 radials. Total radiator height is about 26' Looks kinda like they hy-gain penetrator, however with 3 radials instead of 4. Same kind of wrap around sleve to anchor the radials.
