WebThe true answer will be dependent on other factors in your diet and overall caloric intake (less calories needs more protein, more carbs means protein is generally preserved; same goes for higher calories). So I just say 1g/lb lean mass minimum, more is fine. Its simpler that way and I really don't see a need to micromanage it further.
