No seriously do not consider buying from here! WebApr 12, 2008 · The apartment itself, for the price, was of reasonable size and condition. Vaulted ceilings in my top floor apartment were nice, but the electric bill in the summertime was $300 per month due to the huge windows. Despite the decent size of my 1-bedroom, the living conditions that surrounded it were borderline absurd.
